● Return and Exchange Terms and Notes
1. Online purchases made through iupin.com (except gifts) are exchangeable and returnable within 30 days from the date you receive all items.

2. The item must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags and its original packaging. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all incurred costs and no refund will be given. (If the original band on the U-section wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be considered unused)

3. Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in the United States. If you want a prepaid shipping label, please contact us first. Once we confirm your return request, we will mail you a prepaid shipping label.

● How to return?

Step 1: Log in to your account and click "My Orders"

Step 2: Select the order you want to return and choose the request type.

Step 3: Fill in the corresponding information and click Submit.

● Refund Policy

IUPin allows consumers to cancel orders earlier than the delivery time.
Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will process the refund within 24 hours.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The refund will be issued directly to your original payment account within a few days.
